Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using the 19800 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy that are fully incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use after any officially published changes to the terms on this site will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

The 19800 platform is only open to individuals aged 18 years old and above. Users under the minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using our services. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

To access the full range of 19800 services, you must register an account using accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only only one account. Multiple account registration by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 19800 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts. You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, to defraud other users, spread false information, or disrupt normal platform operations. Any attempts to hack, manipulate systems, or steal data will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 19800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (via major Malaysian banks), TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. We do not accept foreign currencies or international payment methods that are not officially listed.

Successfully credited deposits will reflect in your account balance within the timeframe specified by the payment provider. 19800 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. If issues arise, users must provide transaction proof to support within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.

Withdrawals are subject to account verification requirements. 19800 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal while investigating suspicious account activity. In case of any technical errors affecting credited or debited amounts, 19800 may correct these without prior notice.

All minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform’s current policies, which may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the latest information in their account panel before initiating any transactions.

Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 19800 platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. Any of the following is strictly prohibited: using automated software (bots) to place bets or access platform data; sharing your account with others; using payment details that are not your own; or attempting to manipulate game outcomes by technical means or collusion.

Liability Limits

The 19800 platform is provided "as is." We strive to ensure continuous service availability but do not guarantee the platform will be free from technical interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or internet infrastructure failures. 19800 is not liable for any losses resulting from such disruptions.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 19800’s maximum liability to any user for claims will not exceed the total deposits credited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

Account Suspension, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension and Closure

19800 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to breach any provision of these terms, engage in suspicious activities, provide false registration information, or commit any form of fraud. In cases of account closure due to term violations, remaining balances may be withheld pending internal investigation outcomes.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time via their account panel or by contacting support. Valid balances will be refunded after verification is completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 19800 platform, including logos, brand names, text, graphics, user interfaces, source code, and designs, are exclusively owned by 19800 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, selling, or modifying any platform content without written permission.

Third-Party Links

The 19800 platform may reference third-party services such as payment processors and content providers. 19800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites or services. Users access third-party services at their own risk and responsibility.
